Over the past few years, there has been much discussion on the interpretation of Article VII as it relates to
allowance of garages on lots. This document
with attorney(s) interpretation is provided to clarify the restrictive covenants as they are documented today.
Member discussion suggests there may be a desire to change the restrictive covenants to be more lenient in the
allowance of garages.
